For a small fee you can upgrade your hashbrown or add our house-made rosti to your breakfast. We make these from scratch using potato, onion, flour, egg and a pinch of salt.
Using locally sourced beef mince and our secret recipe of spices and Crumbz, we make our beef patties fresh every second day.
Our Chicken Burger is made with a schnitzel that we make in-house. Made from locally sourced organic chicken breast, we slice to size, flour and egg wash then roll around in our secret recipe of spices and Crumbz.
Cade from Lincoln Coffee Roasters makes sure that our coffee is always as fresh as it can be. Our Coffee was roasted no more than 10 days ago at any given time. This ensures a fresh tasting extraction every time! Cades roasting facility is located in Caloundra.

Franco takes great care in making their gelati, and you can taste the difference! These locals use the finest raw ingredients sourced where possible from local suppliers. We are proud to use their Ice Cream when serving our pancakes and in our milkshakes.
For a small fee of $1.50, you can add a scoop of chocolate or strawberry to your Pancakes or Milkshake to intensify the flavour!
When we changed from our Battered Fish purchased frozen in bulk across to our locally sourced, fresh, crumbed whiting, boy did we notice the improvement! We couldn't be happier with our smaller, delicious and local whiting supplied by Mooloolah River Fisheries (MRF).
